Community Support
Through our Community Support service, we provide personalised assistance to individuals at home and within their community.
This includes attending appointments, helping with shopping and prescription collection, supporting social outings and the development of meaningful relationships, assisting with maintaining a comfortable home, offering help with meal preparation and cooking, and providing support with paperwork.
Dementia Support
We are able to support individuals with Dementia both out in the community or our sitting service. Focusing on making every moment meaningful by engaging clients in activities they enjoy.
The service may include attending important appointments, supporting social outings, offering memory-stimulating activities and companionship, assisting with meal preparation and cooking, and carrying out light housework.

Service
Our Sitting Service provides carers and families with peace of mind by ensuring their loved ones are supported by one of our caring, dedicated support workers while they take time to rest or socialise.
The service may include companionship, memory-stimulating activities, light housework, and assistance with meal preparation and cooking.

We truly care about the support we provide and the people we support. Before we begin our friendly assessor will carry out a full and thorough assessment to make sure our service is right for you or your loved one.
We will then work with you to create a personalised support plan and risk assessment, making sure everything is clearly explained and agreed with you before support commences.
Once completed we’ll carefully match you or your loved one with a support worker who is best suited to your needs, so you can feel comfortable and supported.

Our support workers have varied experience in working alongside people with mental health and dementia needs. All of our support staff undergo a rigorous recruitment process and thorough training. Every staff member holds an up-to-date Enhanced DBS check. We carefully select our support workers who we believe will be most compatible to your needs.
