Our Co-Manager Gemma has dedicated the past 14 years to Health and Social Care, gaining valuable experience across both the public and charity sectors. However, Gemma’s true passion lies within the charity sector. Gemma oversees client operations and is our safeguard lead.
Jemma Pollack
Manager
Co-Manager Jemma has been part of the charity since 2016, contributing in a variety of roles over the years. While her professional background is in global asset management, Jemma’s true passion lies in the charity sector. Jemma oversees office operations and is our fundraising lead.
Crystal Pannell
Client Liaison Officer
Crystal has been with ERCA since its very beginning and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Health and Social Care sector. Prior to joining the charity, she worked as a senior social worker. Crystal truly understands the challenges our clients face, and through her expertise and compassion, she plays a vital role in improving the lives of those we support.
Emma McTurk
Administration Assistant
Emma has been with the charity for several years, supporting administration and organising events with efficiency and care. She’s our go-to person when something needs to get done, always ensuring tasks are completed smoothly. Emma also brings a wealth of knowledge in the care sector and funding, making her an invaluable part of our team.

Administration Assistant
Aimee is a relatively new member of the charity, but her expertise in recruitment and marketing has already proven invaluable. She also represents the charity at events across Essex and is always happy to have a chat, exploring how we can best support our clients and carers.
