Chairman
Bob Barclay
Bob joined ERCA at the start of 2025, bringing over 30 years of expertise in financial services, specialising in consumer products, fiduciary services, asset management, private banking, and securities servicing. As an experienced Operational Risk Manager, he provides invaluable guidance on governance and organisational strategy.
A dedicated Rotarian, Bob is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting charitable causes. His experience and commitment help ERCA continue to grow and deliver quality services to those who rely on us.

Trustee
Ian King
Ian has over 35 years of experience in the banking sector, working as a senior professional services leader. He has a strong track record in driving delivery, practice growth, and client transformation across capital markets and banking.
Outside of work, Ian is an avid cyclist. In the summer of 2024, he undertook a charity bike ride, raising vital funds to support ERCA’s services, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community.

Treasurer/ Trustee
Geoff Page
Geoff is a retired local government finance professional who first became involved with ERCA in 2000 through Community Service Volunteers, offering his financial expertise to support the charity.
Committed to giving back to the community, Geoff also serves as a Trustee for Chelmsford Citizens Advice Bureau. A lifelong cricket enthusiast, he is a life member of Essex County Cricket Club and thoroughly enjoys the sport.

Trustee
Clive Booth
Clive specialises in marketing and communications across media, political, B2B, and B2C sectors. He began his career at the Financial Times and went on to work in award-winning public relations consultancies as well as senior in-house communications roles.
Clive was made a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (FCIPR) in 2006 and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) in 2009. In 2020, he founded The ESG Foundation, reflecting his ongoing commitment to innovation and social impact.
